Mashed Plantains and Beans is one of the children's favourite meals because of their slightly sweet taste. This meal is easy to cook and contains very few ingredients.
Peel the plantains, wash them, and place the green plantains first, in a pot with water and salt. After about 5 minutes of boiling, Add the ripe plantains and let them cook together.
Meanwhile, clean the onion, slice it, and place it in a blender. Add the crayfish, hot pepper, and a little water, then mix.
Pour the mixture into a pan, and cook, while stirring occasionally until there is no more water in the mixture. Then add oil and let heat for about 1 minute.
When the plantains are cooked, mash them, then add the onion mixture and mix.
Add the cooked beans and mix. Taste and adjust salt or oil if necessary. The meal is now ready. Warm it before serving. Enjoy!
