Place the meat in a bowl together with all of the above ingredients (blend the spring onions, garlic, and parsley using a blender).
Mix with your hands or with a spatula. Form balls and place them on a baking tray. Roast them for about 20 min by 175-200°C.
Notes
I don't fry my meatballs in oil, I roast or cook them with water instead. When cooking, let the water dry up, discard the remaining oil in the pot. Cooking this way will help you extract the animal oil from the meat because it is not healthy.
