Chicken and Vegetables Stir-Fry is a good choice when you want to eat a lot of vegetables with a delicious sweet and salty sauce. This meal is quick and easy to cook and is a great healthy delight for the whole family.
This Chicken stir-fry meal is done in two parts. In one part, all the vegetables are fried together and the other part is for the chicken marinade. Then the two parts are mixed together. While cooking this meal, you have to be careful with the amount of salt you are adding, because soy sauce is already salty. You can even cook it without salt if you want.
Before you start cooking, you need to prepare the following ingredients:
- Cut the chicken breast into pieces
- Cut the carrots, broccoli, mushroom, and bell peppers
- Chopped the onion
- crushed the garlic with a mortar or garlic press
