Groundnut Sweet is a popular snack in many countries. It is loved by almost everyone (children and adults), except if you are allergic to peanuts or on a diet. This snack is crunchy, sweet, and addictive, when you start eating you don’t want to stop. Groundnut Sweet goes very well with Chin Chin snacks.
In my home country, you can buy this snack on almost every street, local shop, or school. I remember those days back home, I used to buy it in my school at break time. It was always for me a time of full enjoyment. I was always warned to eat it in moderation, because of the amount of sugar in it. As a child, I didn’t always follow this warning, because I didn’t understand how something so delicious can’t be enjoyed to the full satisfaction. But today I understand it well and I would also advise you to eat it in moderation.
How to make Groundnut Sweet?
This snack is very easy to make, you just need three basic ingredients: peanuts, sugar, and water. You can optionally add other ingredients for flavor like vanilla or cinnamon.
If you are really disciplined to eat it in moderation in your home, you can keep it for many weeks or months. For that, you need to store it in an airtight container or share it in plastic bags and seal them using a vacuum sealer.
