Are you suffering from Anemia, Iron deficiency, or low hemoglobin level? Are you looking for a fast and natural way to improve your situation? If your answers to these questions are yes, then this beetroot juice recipe is what you need at the moment.
I used to suffer from low hemoglobin levels as a child. Some symptoms I used to experience were fatigue, loss of appetite, and dizziness. My mother always did this juice for me to help me recover fast. Each time she did this for me, I just needed to drink it for a few days and I was fine.
This beetroot juice is a combination of a few ingredients to help you improve your level of hemoglobin. The main ingredients are:
- Beetroot is a folate-rich vegetable and a powerful antioxidant that helps reduce the risk of heart disease. It supports good health, lower blood pressure, and potentially has anti-cancer properties. For more information about this vegetable, click here.
- Grapefruit is also a powerful antioxidant like beetroot. It is a great source of vitamin C.
- organic eggs have significantly higher levels of omega-3 fatty than ordinary non-organic eggs. These fats prevent chronic disease, improve brain health, and reduce inflammation. For more information about this vegetable, click here.
- Condensed milk is a good source of vitamins D, A, B12, protein, and calcium. These nutrients are good for having a robust immune and cardiovascular system. In this recipe, I have used the sweetened one, but you don’t have to do that. You can use the non-sweetened one if you prefer.
How to store and consume the beetroot juice
The beetroot juice should be stored in a fridge. After making the juice, pour it in small jars (see picture) or in a large container depending on what you have at home. Then place it in the fridge. You should consume it in the next 3 to 4 days.
A child like an adult can drink this juice. An adult can one full glass a day, and a child can take half.
